168 Fasting

 168斷食的進行是以一天為單位,「16」指的是連續16小時不吃東西,「8」則是在8小時內進食一天所需的熱量。雖然在8小時內可以自由選擇想吃的食物,但營養師還是建議選擇「營養豐富的食物,例如穀物、蔬菜、瘦肉、雞蛋,以及橄欖油、酪梨等等」,在不攝取過多熱量的前提下,盡可能補充纖維質、蛋白質及健康油脂。間歇性斷食的時間建議可以省略早餐,在13:00-17:00內進食,或是在8:00-14:00內進食,不吃晚餐。

The 168 fasting is performed on a daily basis. "16" refers to not eating for 16 consecutive hours, and "8" refers to the calorie required to eat for a day within 8 hours. Although you can freely choose what you want to eat within 8 hours, nutritionists still recommend choosing "nutrient-rich foods, such as grains, vegetables, lean meat, eggs, and olive oil, avocado, etc." On the premise, try to supplement fiber, protein and healthy fats as much as possible. It is suggested that the time of intermittent fasting can omit breakfast and eat within 13:00-17:00, or eat within 8:00-14:00 without dinner.
